Our recent project here was a 3BHK renovation for a family that loved the society’s location and vibe but hated the dated interiors. The original living room had a lot of visual noise—thick wooden pelmets over the windows and bulky cornices on the ceiling. It made the 10-foot ceilings feel much lower.
Our first move was “Visual De-cluttering.” We smoothed out the ceiling, removing the multi-layered gypsum steps and replacing them with a sleek, flat false ceiling with recessed magnetic tracks. This instantly added a foot of visual height.

For the floor, the client wanted to replace the old beige builder-grade tiles. We installed Large-Format Statuario Marble Tiles (8x4 ft). By reducing the grout lines, the floor now looks like one seamless sheet of white marble, reflecting the light from the balcony and making the room feel twice as big.

The Kitchen: Creating a Modern Open Layout

The kitchens in Park View City 1 were designed in an era where cooking was a “back-of-house” activity—walled off and strictly functional. The client wanted to change that.
We partially demolished the non-structural wall separating the kitchen from the dining area, creating a Semi-Open Glass Partition. This keeps the noise and smells contained but lets the light flow through.
Inside, we ditched the old granite counters for Kalinga Quartz in a ‘Concrete Grey’ finish. We also maximized the utility by installing a “Magic Corner” unit and tall pantry pull-outs, ensuring that even though we opened up the space, we didn’t lose an inch of storage.

The Balcony: Your New Outdoor Lounge

One of the best features of Bestech Park View City 1 is the direct view of the central greens. However, the balconies often end up as drying yards for clothes.
We treated the balcony as an “Outdoor Lounge.” We installed vertical artificial grass on one wall to merge with the view outside and laid down wooden-finish anti-skid tiles.
