The Living Room: Better Lighting, Better Vibes

The living rooms in Tata Raisina are spacious, but they can feel a bit hollow if you stick to standard ceiling lights. We decided to ditch the boring downlights.
Instead, we treated the ceiling as a canvas. We installed architectural magnetic tracks that run across the room. This allowed the homeowners to point focused beams of light onto their wall art, mimicking the gallery feel of the lobby downstairs. To balance the stark white walls, we added warmth using a rafter panel behind the TV unit in a deep walnut shade. It instantly grounded the room, making it feel cozy rather than cold.

The Master Bedroom: Focusing on the Aravalli View

The biggest selling point of this 3BHK is the view of the Aravallis. We didn’t want to compete with that.
We kept the furniture profile low. We designed a floating platform bed that sits lower to the ground, ensuring that when you wake up, your line of sight goes straight out the window to the hills, not into a piece of furniture. We also utilized the bay window area by creating a custom “morning coffee” bench with hidden storage underneath—perfect for stashing away winter blankets while offering the best seat in the house.

The Dining Area: A Stylish Display Wall

In this layout, the dining area is the first thing you see when you enter from the foyer. It had to make a statement.
We avoided the typical crockery unit that looks like a storage cabinet. Instead, we built a floor-to-ceiling display unit using fluted glass and matte-black metal frames. It hides the clutter of daily plates but displays the fancy wine glasses and travel souvenirs beautifully. It serves a function, but it looks like a piece of modern sculpture.
